Free Same Day Prescription Delivery
If you cannot get to the pharmacy, we will bring your prescription to you. Here is exactly how it works.
The basics
Delivery is free, within 5km of the pharmacy, with no minimum order.
Order before 3pm and we deliver the same day, with most homes having their medicines by early evening. Order after 3pm and it arrives first thing the next morning.
How to order
There are a few ways to get a prescription to us:
- Send a photo of it to our WhatsApp line. Our pharmacist confirms it, dispenses it and arranges the delivery in the one conversation.
- Order through the website.
- Ring the pharmacy on (01) 285 4560.
- Ask your GP to send it to us directly by Healthmail.
Ordering on behalf of a parent or relative is completely fine, and very common.
It is the same service either way
Delivery is not a stripped back version of what you get at the counter. Same pharmacy, same pharmacist, same advice. If there is something you need to know about a new medicine, or something we want to check with you, we will ring you before it goes out the door.
Who it helps most
Anybody can use it, but it makes the biggest difference for:
- people on repeat prescriptions for long term conditions
- anyone living alone, particularly if getting out has become harder
- people recovering at home after surgery, illness or a hospital stay
- parents and carers who cannot easily leave the house
- people working hours that do not overlap with ours
- anybody who is unwell right now and should not be standing at a counter
Getting started
Send us a photo on WhatsApp, order through the site, or ring the pharmacy and we will sort it out with you. There is nothing to sign up to. Order once and see how you get on.
