Managing Exam Stress: Pharmacy-Approved Tips for Students

It’s that time of year again, exam season. Whether it’s the Leaving Cert, Junior Cert, or college finals, we know how overwhelming it can be for students and their families. Long nights, packed schedules, and high expectations can take a serious toll on both physical and mental wellbeing.
